Use SpamCheck To Keep Your E-Mail Out Of The Junk Folder!
Don't Let Your E-mail Newsletter End Up... In Your Customers' Junk Folder!
SpamCheck is free. There are two ways to use it...
1. through the SpamCheck Form and
2. via e-mail.
Either way, here's how it works... Submit your planned newsletter/ad/etc. (via SpamCheck Form or via e-mail). In seconds, they will return a Spam Score and recommendations on how to reduce the likelihood of your e-mail being filtered.
STEP 1
Compose your text or HTML newsletter. Do not test SpamCheck until your planned e-mail is finished, including proof-reading. SpamCheck must be the last thing you do, so that you are testing exactly what will be mass-mailed to your confirmed opt-in list.
You have two choices for STEP 2...
STEP 2a
Either send it via the SpamCheck Form...
--OR--
STEP 2b
send it by e-mail to spamcheck@sitesell.net
STEP 3
In a few seconds, you'll receive The SpamCheck Report, either on a Web page or via e-mail
| The higher the score, the more likely the e-mail will be considered spam by ISPs, which means the more likely it is to get filtered out. Note these levels... 0.0 - 4.5 nice and clean, no problems except tiny ones below; no action required 4.6 - 7.0 the strictest may object; clean up the easy-to-find issues (below) 7.1 - 10.0 getting into dangerous territory; clean up any big issues and the easy-to-find smaller penalties 10.1 - 13.0 likely over ISP limits; review and clean 13.1+ major problems; overhaul needed -- systematically clean, point by point and then re-test (this may require two or three checks). |
